National Presence: Headquartered in New York with teams in Los Angeles and Miami. What You’ll Own: Growth Engine: Drive and manage the agency’s active new business pipeline and outreach flow. Executive Access: Work directly with the CEO and Director of Growth, gaining real proximity to strategy and visibility. Visual Storytelling: Help craft compelling proposals, decks, and pitch materials with a sharp eye for design and visual consistency. Cultural Pulse: Monitor industry shifts and help maintain Factory’s external visibility (awards submissions, thought leadership, etc.).
