Training Specialist

To enhance the capabilities of Customer Service Representatives, the full-time remote Training Specialist will design and deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs, facilitate engaging training sessions, and partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and recommend effective learning solutions. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs to improve Customer Service Representative performance Facilitate engaging live virtual and instructor-led training sessions across various topics, including new hire onboarding and ongoing professional development Collaborate with Customer Service leaders and Quality Assurance to assess performance needs and recommend tailored learning solutions Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in training, Learning & Development, or Customer Service environments Hands-on experience developing e-learning and training content, along with facilitating live learning experiences Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to create engaging learning experiences Consultative approach to stakeholder partnership with the ability to assess needs and recommend solutions Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience is valued
