This role involves engaging customers, recommending products and services, and maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment. Experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients’ needs are met and treated professionally. Build relationships with clients and understand their needs to make product and service recommendations. Maintain minimum sales requirements. Multi‑task: clean tanning beds as clients leave and engage new clients upon arrival. Maintain cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas. Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast‑paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures. Use basic computer skills and knowledge. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment. Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes. Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors. Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc. Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require.
