Coverage Period: May 01, 2026 - Ongoing
Shift Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8/10/12-hour shifts; occasional weekend coverage available
Reason for Coverage: Vacancies and leave of absence coverage
Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Travel and Lodging: Not covered (mileage reimbursement only); Malpractice Insurance: Covered

Case Mix: General surgical cases (adult)

FACILITY INFORMATION

Trauma Level: Level III
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff Available: RNs, Surgical Techs

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
General surgical cases (adult patients)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: CRNA certification required
Licenses: Active Michigan RN License
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Experience: Epic EMR experience preferred; clean malpractice/license history required
Other Qualifications: AANA certification highly preferred; local provider required; NPDB self-query report within 30 days at presentation

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for adult and geriatric surgical patients
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments
Administer general and regional anesthesia under supervision
Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively
Collaborate with the surgical team and support staff
