ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Taylor Shepherd - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.


This position will begin with training at our Moundsville location. Upon completion of training, you will work three days per week in Moundsville and two days per week in New Martinsville, WV. Eventually, this role will transition into a full-time position based entirely in New Martinsville, WV.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
