• Must Be bilingual English and Spanish.
• Order Processing: Pull, pack, and wrap items correctly according to customer orders and company rules.
• Labeling and Documentation: Print accurate shipping labels, attach packing slips, and update inventory logs.
• Carrier Coordination: Schedule pickups and track deliveries with shipping services like UPS, FedEx, or freight companies.
• Quality & Damage Checks: Inspect outgoing goods for defects, count inventory accurately, and log any damaged items.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked with packaging materials.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Skills: Basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and good time management.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand for long shifts, walk, and lift heavy packages.
• Equipment: Ability to use barcode scanners, radio frequency (RF) equipment, and operate a forklift or pallet jack will be certified on the job.
