We're hiring an experienced Plumbing Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality service and expert residential plumbing service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, and malfunctioning fixtures. Install and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties. Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring). Attend training meetings and continue professional development.
• Work with the lead installer to complete projects from start to finish paying close attention to details. Educate customers on the use of the new systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and courteously. Address client concerns and explain solutions clearly and professionally. Present products and services to optimize the home's system. Present resources for financing and various ways to enhance customer experience with our company.
• Follow all safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used. Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role.
• Valid driver's license. Valid plumbing license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Use a variety of plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range: $100,000 - $175,000 USD
