Ocean Freight Logistics Coordinator

Position Overview Ocean Freight Logistics Coordinator position at Maxton Shipping Inc., a global freight forwarder operating across the United States, Europe, Asia, and 62 countries worldwide. The role focuses on managing end-to-end ocean freight shipments, including booking coordination, documentation, carrier communication, and milestone tracking. Responsibilities Coordinating shipments from booking to final delivery. Communicating with carriers, vendors, and customers. Preparing and reviewing shipping documents such as bills of lading and invoices. Tracking shipment status in the company platform. Resolving operational issues in collaboration with internal teams. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding or logistics operations. Strong knowledge of carrier schedules, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation. Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with TMS platforms and EDI tracking tools (preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
