Job Details Location: Benton, AR 72015 Position Title Member Services Representative Reports To: Club Manager Responsibilities Provide a high-energy, positive experience for members and help them achieve their fitness goals. Maintain a clean and judgment-free environment for all club members. Assist new and current members in discovering and joining fitness classes. Introduce members to Black Card amenities and explain the benefits. Manage the welcome desk, including member check-in, greetings, farewells, tours, and enrollment. Lead by example and encourage members to participate in club activities. Adapt to varying shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
