That includes 5 weeks of paid center closures: a week in spring, a week in summer, Thanksgiving week, and up to two weeks over the winter holidays. In 2025 we moved into a newly renovated facility in Arvada with two outdoor playgrounds, a full gym, and an advanced sensory room.You won't be working alone. Our team includes BCBAs, LCSWs, special education teachers, RBTs, and mental health assistants, plus on-site nursing, HR, admin, and maintenance staff. When a situation escalates or a case gets complicated, the right people are down the hall.What you'll doYou'll serve as clinical lead for individuals in our Secondary/Transition Program, a population where behavior analysis can change what adulthood looks like: independence, vocational skills, and communication that works outside the classroom.Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans for teens and young adultsLead a team of approximately 6-7 RBTs and Behavior Specialists (about 800–1,000 RBT hours per month), providing supervision and trainingSupervise BCBA trainees and help grow the next generation of cliniciansPartner with families through caregiver training and collaborate with our interdisciplinary teamUse data to guide clinical decisions and keep documentation currentProvide in-the-moment clinical support, including Safety Care when neededWhat you bringActive BCBA certification in good standing2+ years as a BCBA, experience with adolescents, high-intensity behavior, co-occurring diagnoses, interdisciplinary teams, prefferedMaster's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related fieldExperience training and supervising behavior techniciansExperience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilitiesAbility to pass state and federal background checksCPR/First Aid certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)Ability to physically participate in Safety Care, including kneeling, moving quickly, and lifting up to 40 lbs.BenefitsUp to 7 weeks paid time off: 5 weeks of paid center closures, 7 paid holidays, 40 hours PTO, 48 hours sick leaveMedical, dental, and vision insurance, plus an HSA with eligible plan401(k) with up to 3% company matchInternal and external CEU opportunitiesLeadership and growth opportunitiesEvoke Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
