Your Role:

Master the Grill: Prepare high-quality, flavorful dishes to perfection.
Maintain Excellence: Ensure consistency and adherence to recipes and quality standards.
Prep Leader : Lead all heavy prep needed for the day
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth operation.
Hygiene Standards: Follow food safety and hygiene protocols diligently.

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Cook: Proven experience as a grill cook in a fast-paced environment.
Skillful and Efficient: Excellent cooking skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Team Player: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Passion for Cuisine: Enthusiasm for Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors.
