Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (planners, architects, contractors, permitting agencies). Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Support permitting processes and manage documentation.Contribute to CRW’s growth through client relationships and project success. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Passed FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) exam (required). PE license preferred (or actively pursuing). Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Solid understanding of civil engineering principles. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to project sites and navigate construction areas. Location: Olympia, WA Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
