Joseph Lehman, Inc. is seeking an experienced Professional Geologist to support a diverse portfolio of environmental and geologic projects. This full-time position is ideal for a Pennsylvania-licensed geologist who enjoys a balance of technical project work, client-focused problem solving, and significant field responsibilities. The selected candidate will provide technical support for environmental investigations, remediation projects, and related geologic services. Work will include storage tank investigations and remediations involving PA USTIF, Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments, groundwater modeling, aquifer testing, and brownfield redevelopment projects. Geotechnical experience supporting transportation-related projects is considered a plus. Key Responsibilities Plan, conduct, and document environmental and geologic field investigations. Support storage tank investigation and remediation projects, including work associated with PA USTIF. Conduct or support Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments. Evaluate hydrogeologic conditions through groundwater modeling, aquifer testing, and related analyses. Support brownfield redevelopment projects from investigation through remediation planning and documentation. Prepare technical reports, field documentation, correspondence, and project deliverables. Coordinate with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies as needed. Perform significant field work in varying site and weather conditions. Required Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Professional Geologist license. At least seven years of relevant experience in geologic, hydrogeologic, or environmental projects. Experience with environmental investigations, remediation, groundwater evaluation, and technical reporting. Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and current 8-hour refresher training. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Client management and coordination with subcontractors are key attributes. Ability and willingness to perform significant field work. Preferred Experience Experience supporting transportation-related geotechnical projects. Familiarity with Pennsylvania environmental regulatory programs and reporting expectations. Experience coordinating field crews, subcontractors, drilling activities, or sampling programs. Work Arrangement and Compensation This is a full-time position with significant field work expected. Remote work may be available following an initial orientation period, depending on project needs and job responsibilities. The anticipated salary range is $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. P.
