Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing boutique retailer, is seeking an experienced and professional Assistant Manager to join the team at our Cross Creek location. The Assistant Manager will work directly under the supervision of the Store Manager and closely with the CEO and co‑owner to drive financial sales goals, ensure smooth store operations, and implement customer‑centric processes. Responsibilities Assist with day‑to‑day operations in a high‑volume retail environment, focusing on driving sales. Train and develop new Sales Associates. Support process improvements, including warehouse‑to‑store inventory linking, restocking, and organization. Handle returns, damages, and other customer service exceptions. Maintain proper stocking and visual merchandising to maximize sales. Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, assisting with selections, managing fitting rooms, processing transactions accurately, and closing the register. Maintain expert product knowledge of store inventory. Communicate customer questions and feedback to the team in a timely manner. Demonstrate a professional, warm attitude that encourages teamwork, especially during peak hours and seasons. Qualifications Minimum 2 years as an Assistant Manager at a high‑volume fashion retailer. Solid understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices. Excellent team‑building and leadership skills with proven coaching experience. Ability to lead a small to medium sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Familiarity with inventory control systems and procedures. Upbeat, outgoing personality capable of initiating contact and identifying customer needs. Can‑do attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take on multiple roles. High level of maturity, integrity, and attention to detail. Ability to establish rapport with coworkers and customers. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred. Open availability for 40 hours per week, including regular weekend shifts and holidays. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs; reasonable accommodations available. Compensation The base hourly rate range for this position is $30‑$35, with an estimated annual range of $70,000‑$80,000 (hourly plus bonus). Salary may vary based on experience and performance.
