More details about the benefits we offer can be found at Responsibilities The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivery, and evaluating training programs for healthcare professionals, with a focus on clinical skills and competencies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health staff, to enhance clinical skills and competencies Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops, to facilitate effective learning experiences Deliver training sessions in various formats, such as in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and on-the-job coaching, ensuring content is delivered effectively to meet diverse learning styles Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and continuously improve training programs based on results and participant feedback Provide individualized coaching and support to healthcare professionals to address performance gaps and enhance clinical competencies Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in healthcare education and training, and incorporate relevant updates into training programs Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Operations, to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational objectives and priorities Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes to track progress and compliance with regulatory requirements Act as a resource and mentor for new hires, providing guidance and support to facilitate their integration into the organization Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Associate’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or clinical practice 3 years of experience in healthcare education, training, or clinical instruction Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, procedures, and best practices Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning theory Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field Certification in healthcare education or training (e.g., Certified Healthcare Trainer) Pay Transparency Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
