• Flexible rounding hours with a morning huddle typically around 9 - 10 am
• Separate on-call team handles primary call; backup coverage only in limited situations
• Manageable daily census of 16 - 18 patients across 1 - 2 facilities per day
• No procedures required and no independent ventilator management needed
• Opportunity to take on a Medical Director role as the practice grows
• Physician-led group dedicated to quality post-acute care in skilled nursing facilities
• Ability to supervise APPs and contribute to leadership and quality outcomes
• Board-eligible or board-certified IM, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics required
