Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Company: Inspire ABA, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time & Full-time options available Location: In-person (with limited telehealth as allowed) – Greenville/Spartanburg, SC or Columbia, SC Pay: $65.00-$75.00 per hour Schedule: Flexible (morning, afternoon, and evening hours available) We’re looking for BCBAs to work with our growing team in South Carolina! We have a variety of schedules available, including daytime, after school, and evening hours. Our providers currently work with clients in their homes, schools, and other community settings across the state, including the Greenville , Spartanburg , and Columbia areas. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP) for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral disorders Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and modification as needed Provide direct behavior intervention services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the effective implementation of behavior plans and the generalization of skills Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques, data collection, and other relevant topics Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, behavior plans, and data collection sheets Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other professional development opportunities Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Knowledge of principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to conduct functional assessments, develop behavior plans, and analyze data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to professional ethics and standards Benefits Health, Dental and Vision insurance Flexible schedule Paid sick time Paid time off 401(k) This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
