Associate Director, Finance - GTN Balance Sheet & Systems
AbbVie
Associate Director role overseeing Gross-to-Net balance sheet planning, reporting, and systems integrity at a pharmaceutical company. Reports to Director of GTN Pricing and serves as liaison among accounting, finance, and systems teams to ensure accurate financial results and process automation.
Responsibilities
- Own GTN balance sheet planning, forecasting, and reporting across Plan, LRP, and Latest Best Estimate scenarios
- Establish governance, controls, documentation, and review procedures for GTN accounting activities
- Provide quarterly and annual analysis of balance sheet movements, key drivers, and financial impacts
- Lead systems strategy initiatives for reserves, rebates, and related platforms including UAT execution
- Drive automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual processes and strengthen controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 10+ years of combined experience in pricing, forecasting, or accounting
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; SAP, Model N, or Kernel experience preferred
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly to all levels
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
