EHR Help Desk Specialist (Telehealth & Apps)

Southwest Human Development is seeking an EHR Help Desk Analyst to provide support for MyAvatar issues, including documentation workflows and billing processes. The successful candidate will resolve Tier 1 issues, conduct system testing, and assist in user training and documentation. The role requires an associate’s degree in IT, 2+ years of application support experience, and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
