Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This position offers varied shifts, including days and nights, with an emphasis on flexibility to meet operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister dialysis treatments according to established protocols and guidelines.Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.Educate patients and their families regarding dialysis treatment and care.Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.Float to other units, departments, or patient care areas as needed based on staffing and operational requirements.QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be preferred.Prior experience in dialysis nursing is highly preferred.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and their families.Position UrgencyThis position has a quick start requirement, so we encourage prompt applications from qualified candidates.Please apply if you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care as a Dialysis Registered Nurse.
