OHSU is seeking a Level 3 coder to support the Enterprise Coding Department by coding inpatient services remotely within the OHSU system. The role emphasizes accuracy, denials resolution, and collaboration with CDI reviewers. A high school diploma or GED with 4+ years hospital coding, AHIMA credential (RHIA/RHIT/CCS) and membership, and experience with Epic, 3M encoder, and spreadsheet software are required.
