Are you a Physical Security Technician, Engineer or Project Manager looking for a change? We are seeking a dynamic Junior Account Executive who will lead and drive the sales of our innovative technology services and solutions to the enterprise sector. This Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue growth targets and expand our footprint in the commercial market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling to commercial customers, strong relationships within the commercial sector, and an understanding of the commercial procurement process. Duties Responsible for identification, long‑term positioning and capture execution for key/strategic opportunities. Develop large, strategic captures in the commercial market space through a matrixed team of functional and support specialists from qualification through opportunity closure, including the development of technical solutions and win strategies; develop and execute capture plans, as well as refine bid strategies to enhance proposal readiness. Gather, assess, and validate new customer needs, both business and technical, working with Business Development, Project Management (Delivery) and Account Executives (Sales). Work with Account leads to determine appropriate contact plans and technical solutions to meet the customer's requirements and bid strategy to win the opportunity. Identify customer‑wide IT parameters and constraints that impact the solution. Identify probable competition and evaluate relative strengths and competitive threats. Anticipate, understand, and plan for market threats. Understand UT offerings and map against assessment of client requirements/needs — identify gaps and strategies to close business. Apply a comprehensive understanding of pricing, baseline pricing strategies, and the evolution of pricing strategies to translate into capture strategies that are competitive and compelling for the customer. Skills Proven track record of success in selling to commercial and enterprise customers and achieving sales targets. Strong relationships within the commercial sector. Deep understanding of the commercial procurement process. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers within commercial accounts. Ability to navigate through complex procurement cycles to win business. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Physical Security Industry with a focus on selling to commercial customers. Proven track record of success in achieving revenue growth targets. Experience in the physical security, managed services, or related industries. Ability to travel as needed. Health, dental, and vision coverage.
