General Description

LDI studio is growing which means we are looking for Project Managers to grow with it. We are in search of a Project Manager to join our Multi-Family Home Studio. The Project Manager is responsible for the optimal technical and financial performance of their assigned project. Ensure quality of design process: plan, coordinate, and manager Contract Documents and assist in Construction Administration as necessary. Develop and implement Project Schedule and budget, promote effective client communications and negotiate addendums, change orders, and assist in marketing .

Responsibility

• Review project contracts and ensure clarity of scope, deliverables, compensation, and billing terms
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and financial tracking
• Lead client and internal kickoff meetings, coordinating with studio schedulers for resource alignment
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Schedule and lead project team meetings; ensure communication across all disciplines
• Perform regular quality control reviews and maintain project documentation
• Support construction administration by reviewing submittals and managing RFIs, field changes, and COs
• Manage staffing, time approvals, and performance evaluations for direct reports
• Review and approve financial reports and invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Process and track all change orders and contract modifications proactively
• Identify and report risks or red-flag issues to firm leadership
• Ensure timely collection of fees and delivery of projects within or above profit targets
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
• Mentor junior staff and foster team development across disciplines

• Track record of successful design execution in multifamily projects
• Knowledge of architectural ethics and allied design disciplines

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position is responsible for managing the Associate levels and Job Captains.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Architecture, or equivalent
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of architecture experience
• License: Preferred
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in REVIT, MS Office required, Photoshop and/or InDesign a plus
• Building Type: multi-family, mixed-use, high-density

Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education and training.
