Field Engineering Director — Lead Large Water Projects

The Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) in California is looking for a Director of Field Engineering to lead construction administration and project inspection for critical water systems. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and extensive experience in the design and management of water infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have outstanding leadership skills, deep knowledge of construction oversight, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
