MIG Welder Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous MIG welding experience preferred
Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions
Experience using measuring tools and welding equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean work area

Key Responsibilities

Set up jigs, fixtures, and welding equipment for production runs
Operate MIG welding equipment according to production standards
Perform spot welding, deburring, buffing, and sorting of parts
Load jigs and assist with packing finished products
Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
Follow all written and verbal work instructions
Maintain accurate production records
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Assist other operators and production team members as needed
Perform all duties following company safety procedures
