Case PackersOpal Foods is looking for Case Packers for our Litchfield, MN location. This position is responsible for packing egg cartons into cases while maintaining compliance with all company policies and governmental regulations.Opal Foods formed in 2014 and is a partnership between Rose Acre Farms and Weaver Brothers. Opal Foods provides high-quality, nutritious, affordable eggs to its customers through their farms based in Missouri, Colorado, and Iowa with its headquarters in Neosho, MO.Position Responsibilities:Set up work area and prepare packaging for the dayPack one dozen, 6-pack and 18-pack cartons (or flats) of eggs into crates, boxes and onto palletsVerify each package is labeled properlyMaintain a clean work area throughout the day by keeping floor and shelves free of egg and debrisHelp other team members as needed throughout the dayPut away packaging from work area and clean up at the end of the dayOther duties as assignedRequirements:Must be able to read and match labelsMust demonstrate attention to detailsMust be able to work at a fast-pace, stand in one space and complete repetitive tasks for extended time periodsMust be available to be scheduled for work 7 days a week including holidaysMust have good punctuality and be clocked in and ready to work on time, every day scheduledMust be able to stay until eggs have completely run out of houses.
