Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Central Sterile Services Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Central Sterile Department in a healthcare facility located in Bethpage, New York. The supervisor will ensure compliance with sterilization policies and procedures, manage staff activities, and serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate efficient sterilization services. This position requires leadership skills and extensive experience in sterile processing.

Job Details:

• Location: Bethpage, NY, 11714
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 07/20/2026
• Required Qualifications: Current Registered Central Supply Technician Certification (CRCST or CSPD) must not expire during the assignment; 5+ years of relevant experience; leadership/management experience; associates degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience; ability to lift/carry 25 pounds; manual dexterity; ability to stand, bend, lift, and/or reach for extended periods; effective communication in English (verbal and written); ability to follow instructions.
• Additional Information: Scrubs may not be provided every day. Staff may wear scrubs and disposable scrubs before entering the department. Personal protective measures include hair and beard covering, no outside shoes, jewelry, or nail polish. Shoes, jewelry, hair, and beard must be covered.
