We are looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Epoxy Installer Apprentice to join our growing flooring team. This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced installers on commercial and industrial flooring projects throughout the Indianapolis area. No prior epoxy experience is required — we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in construction, coatings, concrete, or skilled trades who wants long-term career growth.

Assist with installation of epoxy, urethane, and resinous flooring systems

Help prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, patching, and cleaning

Mix and apply coating materials under supervision

Move materials, tools, and equipment safely on job sites

Learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Travel to local job sites with crew members

Support team leads with daily project tasks

Strong work ethic and reliability

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in physically demanding environments

Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly

Valid driver's license preferred

Construction or flooring experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to work early mornings, overtime, or occasional weekends when needed
