Position Sales Consultant (Part‑time) What You Will Be Doing Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Help customers find solutions and resolve issues. Be an enthusiastic guest advocate, authentically engaging with guests. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service. Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology. Maintain a competitive drive and thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate are provided during the first 60 days. Employees in some states accrue and may roll over sick time. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (November–December). At least 18 years of age. Proven ability to communicate customer solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. The program may include overnight travel and requires ongoing online and computer‑based training throughout employment.
