Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Zephyrhills, FL, for a Purchasing Manager. The Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement strategies, negotiate with vendors, manage inventory levels, and ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials and supplies. Additional responsibilities include vendor relationship management, contract negotiations, market analysis, and ensuring the consistent availability of high-quality materials to meet production goals. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the company’s production expansion and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Marine Industry Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Inventory Management
• Strong Vendor Relationship Management and Contract Negotiation skills
• Analytical capabilities to conduct Market Analysis and Cost Optimization
• Proficiency in using Procurement or ERP software systems
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Team Collaboration skills
• Proven organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and deadline management
• Experience in manufacturing or marine industries is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or a related field
