A-Line Staffing is now hiring Pharmacy Technician in Fort Worth, TX . The Pharmacy Technician would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. Full time / 40+ hrs/wk.
Pharmacy Technician Compensation
- $22.00/hr
- Benefits available after 90 days
- 401(k) with company match available after 1 year (eligibility based on plan rules)
Pharmacy Technician Highlights
- Temporary assignment (approx. 17 weeks ) with potential conversion to full-time
- Start: September 14, 2026
- Expected end: January 8, 2027
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CT , occasional Saturdays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
- Training schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT (week 1) , then 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CT (week 2)
- Work model: Onsite training for ~2–3 months , then hybrid (about 2 days onsite / 3 days remote )
- Candidate should live within a reasonable driving distance of Fort Worth, TX for onsite requirements
Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities
- Prepare and package medications accurately and efficiently
- Count, pour, weigh, and label medications
- Fill/refill prescriptions according to prescriber orders
- Process insurance claims and collect payment information
- Provide customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Maintain organized prescription records
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to support patient care
Pharmacy Technician Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
- Current PTCB or NHA CPhT certification/license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and ability to be onsite as required
Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmacy Technician training program completion (State Board approved)
- Experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
