Role Overview

Seeking a Board Certified/Eligible General Surgeon to join a busy, mission-driven team serving rural communities. The position involves emergency on-call duties, outpatient clinics, and perioperative care .

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to ER/inpatient consults and provide surgical interventions.
• Manage emergency general surgery cases collaboratively.
• Conduct outpatient clinic visits for postoperative and new patient care in rural areas.
• Ensure continuity of care through effective communication during coverage transitions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board Certified or Eligible in General Surgery.
• California medical license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $440,000–$500,000 including on-call and clinic duties.
