All CRNA practice model (no physician supervision)

Team of up to 7 providers

Operating rooms: 8

EMR: MedAxion

Case mix includes ENDO, OB, GYN, vascular, pediatrics, general surgery, orthopedics, oral, ENT, acute pain management, and trauma

Requirements

CRNA

DEA required

Controlled substance registration required

BLS, NRP, PALS, and ACLS through the American Heart Association

Proficient in spinals, peripheral nerve blocks, and epidurals

Case logs required (epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
