Stonewall Plaza in Winchester, VA is hiring stylists and barbers. We take walk-ins and online check-in.
Weekday shifts 9A-2:30P or 2:30P-7P
Weekend shifts 9A-6P, plus an extra 1P-6P shift
$14/hr base plus tips, averaging $28-$38/hr total
New stylist and barber bonus: $0.50 per haircut for your first 6 months
401(k)
Paid vacation, full-time and part-time
Product sales commission
Ongoing training
Requirements:- Licensed Pro: Current cosmetology or barber license (as required by state regulations).
- Ready to Cut: Be behind the chair during your assigned shifts, from open to close.
- Efficient & Skilled: Provide quality haircuts while keeping a steady pace to serve more guests and maximize your earnings.
- Team Player: Be available during blackout dates and peak times, including weekends.
- Tech-Smart: Use our check-in system to track customer information.
- Service-Minded: Deliver the 5 Steps to Customer Care with every guest.
- Salon Pride: Maintain a clean station and assist with salon duties.
- Look the Part: Dress professionally and follow salon apparel guidelines.
- Growth-Oriented: Attend training and workshops to level up your skills.
- Great Listener: Understand what your customers want and make them smile.
- State Board Standards: Follow all safety and sanitation rules—every time.
