Hospice Field CNA (Float) Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care to our patients across Broward and southern Palm Beach counties. What you'll do: Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction Help educate patients and families on maintaining independence safely within their environment Address patient and family concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and peace of mind Why join Empath Health? What you'll need: Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida. Current Basic Life Support Certification. Six months' experience working in hospital or healthcare environment is preferred. Must be willing to accept direction and supervision. Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory. Must be able to work comfortably with professionals and volunteers. Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently. Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
