Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Part-Time Intervention Specialist – 2 Openings
2026–2027 School Year

We are seeking two dedicated and collaborative Part-Time Intervention Specialists to support a K–8 student population during the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity offers a flexible part-time schedule at a single school location.

Position Details

* Number of Openings: 2
* School Year: 2026–2027
* Dates: August 20, 2026 – May 29, 2027
* Schedule: 2–3 days per week (Monday–Wednesday)
* Hours: 4–6 hours per day (18–24 hours per week)
* School Site: 1 location
* Student Population: K–8

Caseload Information

* Approximately 16 students per provider
* Students present with a range of academic and/or behavioral support needs
* Additional caseload details will be provided during the interview process

Responsibilities

* Provide targeted intervention services to students in grades K–8
* Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
* Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
* Implement individualized strategies and interventions based on student needs
* Participate in team meetings and maintain effective communication with school staff

Qualifications

* Valid licensure/certification appropriate for intervention services required
* Experience working with school-aged students preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
* Ability to adapt instruction and intervention strategies to meet diverse student needs
