About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Business BankingIn this role, you will:Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancementsConduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and servicesReview and analyze complex major product lines and servicesImplement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexityMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impactOversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goalsLead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staffRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for AI-powered solutions, platforms, and transformation initiatives.Partner across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and control functions to design scalable solutions.Lead product discovery, process optimization, customer journey analysis, and business case development.Translate business needs into product requirements, features, user stories, and success metrics.Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, automation capabilities, and data-driven solutions.Define and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and customer outcomes to measure product performance and value realization.Lead cross-functional teams through planning, delivery, testing, implementation, and change management activities.Ensure solutions meet governance, regulatory, risk, compliance, and audit requirements.Influence senior leaders and stakeholders to align priorities, funding, strategy, and execution plans.Drive execution of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver sustainable business impact and operational excellence.Posting End Date: 10 Aug 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
