You will serve as a key operational partner for internal teams and clients, driving organization, communication, and process excellence. Act as a primary point of contact for program operations, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders. Own the operational efficiency and successful delivery of assigned digital programs. Plan, manage, monitor, and control digital initiatives from kickoff through completion in collaboration with channel leadership. Lead internal and client-facing meetings, document action items, and ensure effective follow-up. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change requests to protect program success. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, trackers, status reports, risk logs, and change management records. Create workflows, improve processes, and ensure teams follow established project management practices. Manage project tasks and deliverables using project management platforms such as Asana or similar tools. Partner with client service teams to support account success and maintain strong client relationships. Identify operational challenges and lead continuous improvement initiatives across programs. Support and mentor junior project managers by sharing best practices and providing guidance. Collaborate with paid media, earned media, owned media, analytics, creative, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced digital project leader with a strong background managing complex programs in agency or digital environments. You bring excellent organizational skills, business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building trusted relationships with clients and teams. 5+ years of project management experience within an interactive agency or similar digital environment managing large-scale, multi-channel programs. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Experience leading project management independently across diverse program types. Strong knowledge of digital creative workflows, paid media, earned media, analytics, and client management processes. Advanced experience using Asana or comparable project management tools. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with strong attention to detail. Experience creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, issue logs, risk registers, and status reports. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level clients and internal teams. Ability to identify process gaps, design improvements, and drive adoption of new workflows. Strong risk management, change management, negotiation, prioritization, and decision-making skills. Experience managing third-party vendors, external partners, or agency relationships. Ability to mentor and support junior project managers. Strong leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and influencing abilities. Commitment to pursuing PMP certification within one year of eligibility, with training support provided.
