You will work within a collaborative environment in a facility accredited by the Joint Commission and recognized for its exceptional healthcare services. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care to individuals in the rehabilitation unit. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and their families about health conditions and rehabilitation processes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 1-2 years of experience in an acute care facility.
