Responsibilities Provide excellent personal care and companionship to clients in their homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance. Support clients with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary preferences and restrictions. Monitor and manage client medications as directed, ensuring timely and accurate administration. Offer companionship through conversation, recreational activities, and social engagement to promote mental and emotional well-being. Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided, including daily logs and reports, in line with company policy. Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and the management team to develop and implement personalized care plans for clients. Ensure the dignity and respect of all clients, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; certification in a relevant field (CNA, PCA, HHA) preferred but not mandatory. Prior experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to caregiving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills. Must be able to lift, move, or assist clients following safe handling practices. CPR and First Aid certification are highly desirable. Why Join Us?
