About the Role We are seeking a values-driven leader to join our team as Director Integrity and Ethics . In this important role, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals in strengthening organisational capability, fostering our culture of integrity, and ensuring CAHS continues to meet the highest standards of public sector accountability and ethical practice. Working closely with the Board, Chief Executive and senior leaders, you will provide strategic leadership and deliver contemporary integrity solutions that support organisational performance, strengthen ethical standards, prevent misconduct and corruption, and ensure effective governance, compliance and accountability across the organisation. You will have the opportunity to lead meaningful reform and drive organisational improvement initiatives. As the organisation's Public Interest Disclosure (PID) and Principal PID Officer, you will play a pivotal role in protecting integrity, supporting ethical conduct, and driving continuous improvement across the service. Exceptional communication, consultation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic development, implementation and continuous improvement of the CAHS Integrity Governance Framework and Integrity Strategy. Provide executive leadership to multidisciplinary teams responsible for integrity assessment and case management, investigations, integrity education and corruption prevention. Provide high-level expert advice on integrity risks, complaints, disciplinary matters, investigations, corruption prevention and internal controls. Lead the development and delivery of integrity education and awareness programs that promote accountability and ethical leadership at all levels of the organisation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key external agencies, including oversight and regulatory bodies. Oversee governance, performance measurement, reporting, quality assurance and continuous improvement activities across the Integrity function. If you have extensive experience leading integrity, ethics, governance, investigations, compliance, misconduct management, corruption prevention or related functions, together with deep knowledge of public sector integrity frameworks, legislation and regulatory requirements, we encourage you to apply.
