- Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and inspections.
- Maintain project schedules and drive timely completion.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and change orders.
- Ensure quality workmanship and jobsite safety.
- Resolve project issues and maintain project momentum.
- Provide regular updates to ownership and office staff.
- 5+ years of residential construction project management experience.
- Experience managing custom homes or residential development projects.
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple active projects.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, JobNimbus, Asana, or similar software.
- Estimating, budgeting, and cost control experience.
- Permit and inspection coordination experience.
- Ownership mentality
