Monitor labor productivity and ensure field work is converted into billable revenue at targeted efficiency levels. Control callback rates and minimize rework to protect gross margin and support customer retention. Enforce safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Maintain consistent diagnostic and repair quality across all technicians to meet company standards. Ensure accurate and thorough job documentation to support billing integrity and cash flow. Support the development and training of technicians to enhance skills, reduce turnover, and maintain workforce stability. Uphold company policies and operational discipline to ensure field performance aligns with financial and operational targets. Qualifications Experience in HVAC service operations or a related supervisory role. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostic procedures, and repair standards. Ability to enforce safety protocols and quality standards in a field environment. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
