New hire incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify. This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period). Monday through Friday, with 10-hour day shifts. Scheduling flexibility is required, including availability to work weekends and holidays, as well as participation in the on-call rotation. This position is based at Scripps Anderson Medical Pavilion. Scripps Clinic Anderson Medical Pavilion, located on the Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla campus, provides a comprehensive, "one-stop" healthcare experience for the greater San Diego region. The pavilion offers primary and specialty care, including cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, and morealong with imaging, labs, on-site vascular testing, cardiac diagnostics and procedures, and outpatient vascular surgery and vein treatments. Required Qualifications: Current BLS for Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association, Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program or a minimum of six months of recent experience in an Interventional Cath Lab. Technical competence in aspects of patient monitoring, diagnostic/therapeutic Cardiovascular Technology. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English. Preferred Qualifications: RCIS and/or RCES, Scrub, circulate, and monitor in EP and Cath Lab experience, Ability to manage/prioritize during a crisis or stressful situation
