Estimating Assistant

Join the Bonneville Caulking & Waterproofing Team Bonneville Caulking & Waterproofing (BCW) is one of the fastest-growing specialty contractors in the region. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimating Assistant to support our Senior Estimator in preparing accurate and competitive bids for commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Assist with quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications. Research and obtain material and product pricing from vendors. Request and organize subcontractor and supplier quotes. Help prepare complete bid packages and proposals. Maintain organized estimating files and bid documents. Review plans, specifications, and addenda for estimating requirements. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams. Update estimating databases and pricing information. Perform other estimating and administrative duties as assigned by the Senior Estimator. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable reading construction plans (experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate). Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Experience in commercial construction or estimating is a plus.
