Functional lead of the HVAC System Planning Team : coordinate planning workstreams in HVAC product developments and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of planning materials such as hydraulic schemes, product data and BIM models. Define the vision and strategy for digital HVAC planning solutions and align them with our go‑to‑market strategy and the needs of our sales community. Map planning journeys, translate technical requirements into clear roadmaps, and design scalable, intuitive digital solutions. Convert evaluated needs from National Sales Companies, central functions and external users into actionable specifications and implementation plans. Drive automation and artificial intelligence use cases that enhance planning accuracy, reduce manual effort and strengthen the usability of system design tools. Establish governance, documentation and third‑level support structures to enable collaboration. What makes us successful together Qualification: University degree (Master or Diploma) in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a comparable field. More than five years of experience in a highly technical environment, ideally in HVAC system design, technical planning or pre‑sales engineering, or in a Product Owner role within digital solution teams. Deep technical understanding of HVAC systems, including system design, hydraulics and technical documentation, combined with strong digital affinity and proficiency with AI and design tools (e.g., prompt engineering), and the ability to translate expert knowledge into scalable digital planning solutions. Familiar with digital frontends and user experience principles that simplify complex systems for planners, installers, architects and sales teams. Precise, structured and hands‑on mindset, proactive builder mentality, strong execution focus. Fluent in English (mandatory); comfortable operating in an international environment – German is a plus, not a must.
