Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and filing of individual and business tax returns. Perform special projects. Support senior staff with tax planning and advisory services. Organize and analyze financial information. Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and respond to inquiries. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting with a path to taking the CPA exam (we prefer those who are entering their junior or senior year) Basic understanding of tax laws and accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
