12hrs. +Rotating Weekends

Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Technician (CMT) looking for a new opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors? Aspire Senior Living Roaring River is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team at our Cassville, MO.

About the Role:

• Administering medications to residents as directed by the nursing staff
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and medication administration
• Collaborating with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Participating in resident care conferences to discuss resident progress and concerns

Requirements:

• Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with seniors and/or in a related healthcare field preferred
• Ability to lift, push, and pull
• Basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
