Job Details:

• Block schedule required with weekend coverage on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• On-call required for one week of standby call during the duration of the contract
• Travel experience is a hard stop requirement
• 1 year of minimum experience required
• Hospital experience and acute care experience are hard stop requirements
• Must have worked at a Level 3 trauma hospital at minimum
• Direct patient care within the last year required
• Epic charting experience is a hard stop requirement
• GE Scanner experience is a hard stop requirement
• Oregon OBMI license required prior to start
• Required certifications: ARRT CT, BLS
• Scrub color: any color
• Patient ratio is 1:1
• Patients served include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Skills required include 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, preparation and/or administration of contrast media, radiation safety, venipuncture, starting peripheral IVs, isolation precautions/PPE, and trauma imaging
• Must have a vehicle for this assignment
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• May be required to float to sister facilities nearby contracted facility
• 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• 50-mile radius rule applies
• Up to 6 days of requested time off or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved

Facility:

This short-term acute care facility features 418 staffed beds and 450 total beds, providing comprehensive medical services across multiple departments. The facility utilizes Epic as its charting system and offers robust interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and is equipped with advanced imaging technology to support a wide range of CT procedures.
