Cedars‑Sinai Guerin Children’s houses a state‑of‑the‑art, Level IV neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Each year, approximately 7,000 babies are born at Cedars‑Sinai, and our Los Angeles NICU provides around‑the‑clock, life‑sustaining care for those who are seriously ill. Specialists customize treatment approaches, from infant‑led feeding to Southern California’s first Neuro Critical Care Program. We are seeking a Nursing Communications Technician (NCT) to serve as a central communication and administrative resource for the NICU unit. Working under the general supervision of a licensed caregiver, the NCT supports patients, families, nurses, physicians, and other departments while helping the unit operate safely and efficiently. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience, required. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical setting, or successful completion of an approved course in hospital clerical responsibilities. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
